This document is intended to set forth general information, policies, and procedures related to the operation of Snohomish Little League by and through its Board of Directors. This document is not intended to replace the Little League International rules or the Snohomish Little League Constitution; in the event of a conflict between this document and either the Little League International Operating Manual or the Constitution, those documents control.
