The SLL Constitution is a legal document that governs the operations of Snohomish Little League. It covers items such as membership, election, discipline, finances, etc. Once a constitution is adopted, it remains in force until it is amended. The Operating Manual provides bylaws that are used to operate the program. They must be approved annually and deal with operation rules and policies for conducting day-to-day business.
