In 2021, South and North Snohomish merged to become Snohomish Little League—strengthening our program and creating a deeper sense of community among our players and families. But we're not stopping there.
Our Mission: Building Excellence, Community, and Pride
We're not just running a little league—we're creating a place where kids in our community fall in love with baseball and softball. Our vision is ambitious: to operate the premier outdoor baseball and softball facility in the state, maintained and supported by a community that takes ownership and pride in what we've built together.
This means four things:
Fields and facilities that are second to none. When teams from across the state come to play here, they'll know they're somewhere special. When our own families arrive, they'll feel pride in what we've created together.
Meaningful participation from every family. We're moving from a model where a few people do everything to one where every family contributes. We're building systems that make participation easy, fair, and rewarding—with clear expectations, simple coordination, and recognition for those who show up.
Sustainability for the next generation. We're creating programs and structures that will outlast any single board member or season—programs that can be easily passed on so this league thrives for decades to come.
Financial strength to make our ambitions possible. Through strategic fundraising and smart revenue opportunities—including hosting tournaments at our premier facilities—we'll generate resources for major investments like turf fields and lighting systems that will serve our community for years ahead.
